What Is a Marketing Intelligence Report?
A Marketing Intelligence Report is a customized list of properties based on criteria you select, such as neighborhood, ZIP Code, ownership profile, or opportunity indicators. It is designed to help real estate professionals focus their outreach and marketing more effectively.
Can I Request Every Property in a Neighborhood?
Yes. A Neighborhood Property Report can include all properties within a defined area. We will note the approximate number of addresses and provide sample property addresses.
Can I Search by City or ZIP Code?
Yes. A Targeted Property Intelligence Report allows you to search by city/state or ZIP Code and narrow results by selecting specific criteria.
Will I Receive Every Available Result?
Large searches may be refined or limited to keep the report targeted, usable, and relevant. We will work with you to adjust the scope if needed.
Is Skip Tracing Included?
Skip tracing is not included by default. It is a third-party service available at approximately $0.12 per result. We will quote the cost before adding it to your order.
Are the Phone Numbers and Email Addresses Guaranteed?
No. Skip tracing results are provided by third-party services and are not guaranteed to be accurate or current. Information should be independently verified before use.
How Long Does a Report Take?
Turnaround time depends on the report type, criteria, and requested quantity. Simple reports are typically completed within a few business days. Local Investor Intelligence Reports require additional research and may take longer.
Is This the Same as a Title Report?
No. Marketing Intelligence Reports are informational research products compiled from public records and third-party sources. They are not title commitments, title insurance policies, appraisals, or legal opinions.
